Your mission, if you accept it

Integrated within our human resources department (Human Capital) and more particularly within our centralized HR Service Center, your main mission will be to ensure that the specific requests of our employees are taken care of.

You will also be involved in monitoring certain administrative processes relating to employee management.


Be a part of our team where you will: 


  • Respond to questions from our employees via various channels (telephone, platform or directly at our desk), particularly in terms of internal procedures and regulations, social security, labor law, but also any question related to administrative procedures in Luxembourg and the Greater Region;
  • Document in the IT tools in place the questions and answers given to employees;
  • Forward to the expert teams questions that are more specific or require more in-depth research;
  • Ensure compliance with response deadlines and follow-up with the employees concerned;
  • Process all incoming or outgoing documents from the Human Resources department.


Let’s talk about you. If you are/have:


  • A bachelor's degree (bac +2/3) at least;
  • Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of German is considered an asset;
  • Recognized for your organizational skills, your good management of priorities, you are able to carry out several tasks simultaneously;
  • A strong sense of service and used to being flexible, you enjoy teamwork;
  • Able to develop a relationship of trust with your interlocutors and ensure the protection of the confidentiality of data and information;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office software, especially Excel and Word.
