Your mission:

A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organization.

Becoming part of the Independence team, you’ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk. You will also acquire knowledge about Luxembourg’s financial market and have the opportunity to take new challenge.

Be a part of our team where you will:

  • Understand the key principles of personal independence for PwC as a public accounting firm;
  • Extract and compile data from different sources on a regular basis so that reports are analyzed in due time;
  • Document all the files properly in the relevant database as required by the Regulator / Network.
  • Understand how clients’ organizational charts are reflected in PwC’s Central Entity Service (CES) tool in order to handle personal independence requests coming from PwC Network as well as internal clients;
  • Raise the blocking points to the experienced Advisor/Senior Advisor in order to obtain guidance/coaching;
  • Handle various administrative tasks to ensure a high level of data quality by developing a critical mindset.


Let’s talk about you. If you are/have:

  • You have some experience in administration or wish to start working in the field;
  • You have a bachelor or equivalent in administration or in other relevant fields (Economics. Accounting, Finance or Law);
  • You have strong communication and organizational skills, you are proactive;
  • You are interested in financial investments (crypto currency, derivatives, …);
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, ...) and Google Suite;
  • You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.
