Strategy& Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Associate to join our team!
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in strategy consulting or a minimum of 4 years of work experience in a strategy related position in the financial services industry (e.g., asset management, banking, or insurance)
- Understanding of and experience in ESG related strategy is a plus
- Outstanding academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework; MBA from a top-tier academic institution and experience in the international arena is preferred
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, combined with creativity
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and oral) - Working knowledge of French or German would be an advantage
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

How you will strengthen our team
You will work with clients throughout all stages of strategy-based projects to identify, clarify and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operating success. As such, you will construct tailored analytical frameworks and formulate recommendations to support our clients in critical strategic decision making.
As a Senior Associate you will be end-to-end responsible for a key work stream within the project, working closely with Strategy& PwC and client team members. From the start, you will be encouraged to demonstrate initiative, think creatively, and take responsibility. International travel can be part of the job as you may often work at the client site.
