Corporate/M&A | German speaking Associate

Our Corporate team is expanding and is therefore looking for an Associate

Your responsibilities

• You will advise a diverse client base, including domestic and international groups, on M&A transactions, corporate structuring and restructuring, and a wide range of Luxembourg corporate law matters;
• You will draft, review and negotiate a variety of corporate and transactional documentation with a high level of autonomy;
• You will conduct legal research and contribute to the development of tailored, pragmatic solutions for clients;
• You will actively participate in client meetings and conference calls, often in an international environment alongside leading advisors;
• You will join a young, collaborative and fast-growing team and work closely with the partners, benefiting from close mentorship and strong exposure.

Your profile

• You hold a university degree in law;
• You have prior experience in a Luxembourg law firm;
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English (French will be considered a strong asset);
• Confident and professional, you enjoy working and interacting in a multicultural environment;
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, combined with solid organisational skills;
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• You have an eye for detail and are proactive in suggesting improvements.
