As Customer Service Officer, you will be part of multicultural Customer Service team. In this role, you will collaborate with our European clients & European sales ‘teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all requests of the clients: Orders, delivery slips, shipments, invoices & complaints.
- Support the European Sales Managers with their requests in addition to CRM input and follow-up on project.
- Provide information on the company's products, selling prices and lead times, if necessary.
- Follow customer service procedures.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Skills / Experience
- Excellent presence and work attitude, quick and willing learner;
- Proficient team player;
- Able to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate;
- Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and can-do mindset;
- Experience in commercial & administrative environment;
- Experience in freight & transportation would be an asset;
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office Pack, especially Excel;
- An excellent command of German and English, or of English and French, is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages (Italian, Spanish, Luxembourgish) is an asset.
