Your mission
- Managing the daily accounting operations of our Luxembourgish holding companies
- Being the first point of contact for clients to deal with accounting and reporting matters
- Independent preparation of annual accounts according to LUXGAAP or IFRS
- Preparing consolidated annual accounts according to LUXGAAP or IFRS
- Preparing required financial statements on a regular basis
- Supporting tax consulting firms in the preparation of VAT and tax returns
- Preparing and participating in client/board and shareholders‘ meetings
- Supervising and coaching of junior accountants
- Liaising closely with tax specialists, audit firms and lawyers
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or similar qualification
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of accounting, domiciliation or audit in Luxembourg
- You have strong knowledge of national accounting principles and financial reporting practices
- You are proficient in preparing consolidated accounts
- You have a sound understanding of securitization vehicles
- You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients
- You always take a solution oriented approach to resolving problems
- You have excellent skills in Excel
- You are fluent in German and English
