We are looking forward to take a new role in CDI as a Junior Helpdesk Level 1 / 2 - in Luxembourg.
The company is looking for someone who already has a first experience in user's support. You will have the opportunity to evolve in this company.
Your Responsibilities as Junior Helpdesk Level 1 / 2 :
- You provide support to users on call and on site.
- You carry out duties in compliance with established protocols.
- You install, set up, and troubleshoot software and hardware on computers in accordance with user requirements.
- You manage licences.
- You update and document processes.
- You maintain a degree of customer satisfaction and efficiently handle problems to ensure a great user experience.
Your Profile :
- You have a first year of experience in support and want to improve your skills.
- You must be fluent in German (Mandatory) and French is an asset.
- You already worked on MS Office and Windows.
- You are a curious and a good communicator.
