In the PWM France department we are looking for you as an

Internal Controller (m/w/d) in Saarbrücken

Our business from different departments located in different countries is looking for a senior business analyst to support the run activity of various applications linked to Audit, Business Continuity Management, Guideline, Corporate Governance, Legal, Procurement & Human Resources.

Your key role will be also to analyze with all the stakeholders their new business requirements and check internal complex constraints (technical architecture, application dependencies .....) to deploy the relevant developement. Deep dive the impact analysis is strongly recommended to erase the ;Have a clear vision, master the project steps, be proactive and anticipate are fundamental.

Your IT responsability is also to lead some project with the Head of IT & the business through workshops and impact analysis of our IT applications : for example around our employees master data, our GED platform, our BPMN platform, ....       

Exciting tasks await you:  

• Implement and monitor the control plan,
• Define, implement and monitor action plans resulting from controls,
• Propose solutions to improve/simplify existing    processes,
• Apply the AML-CFT rules defined by Compliance in terms of client relationship entry (account openings), client relationship management (KYC, investor profiles, Tax etc.) and financial flows (analysis of monetary flows and financial transactions),
• Participate in the digitization of operational processes (customer relations entry path, CRM and transactional tools, etc.),
• Participate in the acculturation of teams to risks (mainly operational/compliance/legal and credit),
• Participate in building the Internal Control of tomorrow, bringing together the teams and the French and German private banks (in place since January 2022). 

That's what inspires us about you:

• Completed training or studies in the auditing and/or regulatory field, and/or at least 3 years of professional experience related to the Business
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in AML-CFT regulations (in particular European directives 3, 4 and 5) and MIFID
• Knowledge of the organization and role of Internal Control in the Bank is a must (the decree of November 03, 2014 is the foundation of our Business)
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Friendly and motivated team player
