Your responsibilities

Participate in the creation of an up-to-date POST Courrier product catalog (Parcel / Logistics)

Realize and deliver products (Parcel / Logistics) by clarifying the feasibility and timing and orchestrate the implementation and documentation related to the products
-
Act as a liaison between the business organization and the different internal or external partners / customer involved

Take ownership to drive and execute initiatives to solve business challenges, improve processes, procedures, and tools to help the organization achieve defined goals

Manage and maintain the Requirements Documentation and technical Documentation as central repository of functional and non-functional requirements for a given project / product

Provide detailed Management Reporting on strategic accounts / products
Your profile

Have a master’s degree or equivalent in logistics / supply chain management / economy or engineering
-
Benefit ideally from a 2 to 5 years relevant experience in logistics and/or supply chain management

Dispose on proven knowledge and practical experience in the area of Business Process, Project and Product Management

Demonstrate good knowledge of the applications, organizational setup and flow management

Be comfortable in making presentations/trainings and facilitating workshops with a variety of audiences

Dispose on a reel ability to understand a technical field
-
Be recognized for your excellent communication skills and mastering conflicts

Be fluent in English and proficient in ideally both, French and German
