Your future team 

We assist our clients in the divestment and liquidation of alternative investment funds and manage the exit of various financial firms (banks, investment managers, funds).

Our team specializes in handling special situations such as distressed M&A, asset deals, debt refinancing, recapitalization of structures, wind-downs, bank closures, dispute management between stakeholders, etc. Our team is currently looking for a trainee and a full-time analyst.

How you’ll contribute to our success 

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of restructuring / wind-down / liquidation plans
  • Supporting and handling the entire process (realization of assets, settlement of liabilities, handling of claims, etc.)
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and dealing with accounting, tax, strategy, valuation, and legal
  • Assisting in the sale of illiquid assets (searching for buyers, running M&A process, reviewing SPAs, etc.)
  • Collaborating on tailored solutions to address our clients' needs

 

 

Your skills

  • Must have:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English and French

 

  • Nice to have:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Dynamic, rigorous, organized and resourceful
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
