Internship - Infrastructure Support Specialist

YOUR ROLE

As an Infrastructure Support Specialist Intern, you will be at the heart of our IT operations, helping ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our employees.

You will:

• Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related incidents escalated by the Service Desk.
• Support end users with issues related to:
• Workstations and laptops
• Microsoft Office 365
• Telephony and collaboration tools
• Email services
• Mobile devices
• Printing solutions
• Interact directly with users to diagnose issues and provide technical support.
• Collaborate closely with Service Desk and Level 3 Infrastructure teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with specialized IT teams including Security, Systems, Networks, and Software Packaging.
• Contribute to troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to enterprise-level IT infrastructure and support processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and delivering excellent user support.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Resilient under pressure and able to approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
• Understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, and Citrix environments.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of tools such as Splunk, Nexthink, SCCM, or App-V is considered a strong advantage.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
