RSM Tax & Accounting Luxembourg provides a full range of accounting and tax services to a prestigious clientele and is looking for a dynamic person to join its payroll practice:
Senior Payroll Officer (m/f)
Your missions will be:
- Manage and supervise a dedicated portfolio of clients with full autonomy
- Review, validate, and process complex payroll data in Keypaye
- Ensure full compliance with Luxembourg labour law, social security requirements, and tax regulations
- Perform advanced payroll controls and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Supervise or mentor Junior Payroll Officers when required
- Prepare and review client invoicing with accuracy and strong analytical insight
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, accounting, business management, or finance
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position in Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg
- Solid understanding of Luxembourg labour law, social security, and payroll regulations
- Fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish is a strong advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel; experience in SQL is considered an asset
- Interpersonal skills such as being detail‑oriented, thorough, well‑organized, resourceful, and a quick thinker
- Ability to respect deadlines
