We are currently supporting a well-established international law firm in Luxembourg in its search for an Associate in Banking & Finance, as part of the development of a newly structured team within the practice.

Already recognized on the Luxembourg market for its work across Corporate, Funds and Banking matters, the firm is now reinforcing its Banking & Finance activity by building a team that will play a key role in its future growth. The firm benefits from a strong international presence, allowing regular interaction with other offices and involvement in cross-border matters. At the same time, the Luxembourg office remains human-sized, ensuring direct communication and a more accessible way of working.

Joining at this stage means being fully involved in the development of the practice, working closely with senior profiles while gradually building your own place within the team. This opportunity is particularly suited for someone who is looking for more than execution, and who wants to be part of a project where their contribution will have a real impact.

Your Responsibilities |Law – Banking & Finance – Lawyer – Law Firm

• You will be involved in Banking & Finance transactions, assisting on financing operations alongside the team.
• You will draft and review finance documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the files.
• You will be in contact with clients, banks and counterparties, contributing to the smooth progression of transactions.
• You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, with a direct level of exposure and involvement in matters, while progressively take ownership of your files, in line with your level of experience and the development of the team.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Law – Banking & Finance – Lawyer – Law Firm

• You have at least 3 years of experience as Banking & Finance Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You have a good understanding of financing matters, allowing you to be involved in transactions with a certain level of autonomy.
• You are fluent in English, with any other languages being considered an asset.
• You are motivated with the idea to join a structure where you can take part in the development of a team.

• An annual gross salary that can goes up to €130 000 depending on your level of experience and autonomy.
