Our trusted and valued partner, a small and local law firm specialized in, amongst other domains, Investment fund Law, Tax Law and Corporate law, is looking for a key member to join the firm.

With a very stable team in Luxembourg, the firm puts international knowledge and know-how center stage. The team of experienced lawyers that the firm has attracted is growing given the increasing operations. The loyal yet growing client base of the firm has currently access to an extensive list of Legal Services, and the growth of its investment fund team is also one of its most current projects.  

Your main mission entails the development of the Investment fund practice area locally. You will also engage in the mentoring and coaching of the future lawyers under your supervision, that might join the department. The aim is to help the business grow organically while fostering the already-established client relations the firm possesses.

Your Responsibilities | Counsel – Law Firm – Funds – Investment Funds - Legal

• You foster long-lasting client relationships, as the contact person for clients' requests. You are in charge for example of the set-up of the funds, fund structuring and so on.
• You handle meetings with your clients and potential clients to discuss their needs for support. Thus insuring the firm’s business development in your area of expertise.
• As a key member of the firm and its Investment Fund Law unit, you adopt a mentoring stance and are responsible for the technical improvement and the coaching of recruits.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Counsel – Law Firm – Funds – Investment Funds - Legal

• We are currently looking for a profile that has acquired at least 8 years of experience in Luxembourg, more specifically in a law firm, in the investment fund department.  
• You should be able to speak and write French and English fluently, allowing you to maintain a good communication internally.
• You of course obtained a Master degree in Law.
• You demonstrate excellent knowledge of the investment fund industry and have a proactive approach, thus ensuring the clients’ satisfaction.
