Your Responsibilities | Legal - Support – Law Firm

• You will welcome clients both over the phone and in person.
• You may arrange travels, business lunches including restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, hotel accommodations.
• You will prepare the meeting room and ensure that everything is ready for the meeting.
• Writing emails with partner instructions and organizing partner’s schedules will be part of your daily tasks.
• You will be responsible for RCS registration, updating the database, and collecting KYC documents.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Support – Law Firm

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a law firm to adapt yourself easily to your work environment.
• You are a good listener and take time when you work, which helps you to limit mistakes.
• You have knowledge of KYC, and you would like to learn more about it, which will facilitate your understanding of relevant topics.
• You possess good communication skills and can write emails and documents perfectly, without grammatical errors. This ensures effective communication with the clients.
