We are currently supporting a well-established structure in Luxembourg in its search for a Senior Corporate Officers to strengthen its team.

The company operates with a selective client base composed of SPV, holdings and AIF, allowing the team to work on a limited number of files while maintaining a high level of quality and attention. This positioning offers a more focused approach compared to high-volume service providers.

The team itself is stable and works in close collaboration, with a direct interaction between team members and management. This organization allows for a smooth handling of files and a clear distribution of responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – SPV – AIF – PSF

• You will manage a portfolio of SPVs and AIF structures, ensuring the follow-up of the corporate lifecycle from incorporation to liquidation.
• You will handle day-to-day corporate administration, including board meetings and legal documentation.
• You will work closely with managers and senior profiles, allowing you to be involved in your files with a good level of autonomy.
• You will interact with internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring smooth coordination across your portfolio.
• You will contribute to the team’s organization, in a structure where collaboration remains direct and efficient.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – SPV – AIF – PSF

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg.
• You have experience with SPVs and AIF structures, allowing you to manage your portfolio with confidence.
• You are fluent in English; additional languages such as French or Italian would be considered an advantage.
• You are looking for an environment where you can work in a more qualitative setup, with a reduced number of clients and a better visibility on your files.
• You appreciate working in a team where communication is direct and the atmosphere remains positive and collaborative.
  
  

Offer | Corporate – SPV – AIF – PSF

• An annual gross salary which can go up to €73 000 depending on your experience and you level of autonomy. In addition, you will also benefit from meal vouchers, a pension plan and a bonus allowing you to have a complement of salary to enjoy with your family.
