As part of its continued growth, the firm is currently looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to join its Payroll department.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Payroll - Luxembourg
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for a diversified portfolio of client companies across various industries.
- You will act as a direct point of contact for clients, providing guidance and advice when needed, while remaining primarily focused on the accurate and complex calculation of payroll.
- You will manage the production of approximately 600 to 700 payslips per month, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- You will work closely with your team to deliver a highly responsive, reliable, and client-oriented payroll service.
- You will handle employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, including declarations of entry and exit, as well as the preparation of termination and dismissal letters.
- You will be comfortable working with multiple collective agreements and payroll frameworks, managing payslips that include a wide range of variables, such as benefits in kind, bonuses, and other allowances.
Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Payroll - Luxembourg
- You have 3 to 8 years of experience in payroll management within a fiduciary or professional services firm.
- You are fluent in German and English; proficiency in any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
- Ideally, your expertise includes payroll processing for banking and/or insurance sector clients. While not mandatory, this experience will be highly valued during the recruitment process.
- You have a genuine interest in numbers, calculations, and payroll variables, and you enjoy tackling complex payroll challenges on a daily basis.
- You demonstrate a stable career path, reflecting reliability, commitment, and long-term professional engagement.
