Join our growing Regulatory Services Team in Luxembourg as an AML Manager.

As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus’ world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting the Head of Regulatory Services in the day to day management, ensuring a high quality service;
  • Managing day to day operations of a cross jurisdiction KYC sub-team composed of about 10 Officers and Senior Officers;
  • You will be in direct contact with clients, investors; oversight staff, fund Boards, acceptance committees and compliance teams;
  • Supervising the onboarding and ongoing review of investors and any related KYC requests;
  • Follow up KYC missing information with Relationship; Management teams,, clients and investors;
  • Maintaining the KYC information in all related systems;
  • Ensuring Monthly and Quarterly KPI reporting to the clients;
  • Driving the operational implementation of regulatory updates;
  • Reviewing processes and apply modifications where required;
  • Providing regular KPIs to senior management, including the setup of follow-up packs to discuss in the various committees, including steering committees;
  • Appraising team members, establishing development and training plans;
  • Assisting the review of formal documents such as but not limited to subscription and services agreements, AML/Comfort Letters, etc.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You hold a degree in law, finance or economics;
  • You have at least 6-8 years experience in Compliance, with a strong AML/KYC background (preferably in transfer agency);
  • You show high interest in regulatory and compliance topics;
  • Very good communication and relationship management skills;
  • You are fluent in English. Any other language will be considered an advantage;
  • You like working in a team and you are able to think out of the box;
  • You are a results-oriented person;
  • You combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail.
