Our client is a well-established international law firm with a strong reputation in the Luxembourg market. Despite being part of a global network, the local office has maintained a human-sized structure that allows lawyers to work closely with partners and develop real autonomy early in their careers.
As part of the continued growth of its Investment Funds practice, the firm is looking to hire an Associate with between 2 and 6 years of experience to strengthen the team.
Responsibilities :
You will work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of investment fund structuring and regulatory matters, assisting an international client base composed of asset managers, sponsors and financial institutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising clients on the structuring, formation and ongoing management of Luxembourg investment funds (AIFs, UCITS, SICAV, RAIF, SIF, etc.)
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation related to fund formation and operations
Assisting with regulatory matters and interactions with the CSSF
Supporting clients throughout the life cycle of their investment vehicles
Collaborating closely with colleagues across different practice groups and jurisdictions
Gradually taking ownership of files and building direct relationships with clients

Profile :
Qualified lawyer with 2 to 6 years of experience in Investment Funds within a law firm in Luxembourg
Fully qualified or in the process of becoming admitted to the Luxembourg Bar
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures and regulatory framework
Fluent in English; French is considered an advantage
Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
Motivated to grow technically while progressively gaining client exposure and autonomy
