Corporate Lawyer - You must have:

• Master's degree in law, with a specialization in business law or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Lawyer, ideally within a top-tier law firm.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and French; German proficiency will be a significant asset.
• Excellent understanding of Luxembourgish and international laws and regulations relating to corporate law.
