Your Responsibilities | Associate Corporate – Lawyer – Corporate Law – Global Law Firm

• You will be asked to advise your private equity clients regarding their entities’ lifecycle. For instance, you will assist them on incorporation, liquidations or restructuring processes. This also includes transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
• You will intervene during the preparation and the draft of needed legal documents for your clients such as articles of association, POAs, change of directors, status or memoranda.
• Additionally, you will be involved in conducting legal monitoring to keep your knowledge up to date in terms of applicable laws and regulations on the Luxembourgish market.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Associate Corporate – Lawyer – Corporate Law – Global Law Firm

• We are looking for a candidate who has at least 2-3 years of experience as an Associate Corporate in a Law firm in Luxembourg. Experience in international firms are seen as a strong asset.
• For this position, you should be fluent in English since it is the main business language internally and externally.
• Ideally, you have previously had the chance to work with Private Equity clients and you are willing to deepen your technical skills on this level.
