Your Responsibilities :
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Advising banks, borrowers, financial institutions and investment funds.
- Drafting and negotiating finance documentation.
- Working on acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance and general banking matters.
- Managing transactions alongside multidisciplinary teams.
- Participating in client meetings and business development initiatives.
Junior associates receive structured mentoring and technical support, while senior lawyers progressively gain greater autonomy, client responsibility and the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues.
Your Profile :
- Between 2 and 10 years of Banking & Finance experience.
- Member of List I, II or IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
- Experience gained within a Luxembourg law firm.
- Fluent in French and English.
- German is considered a significant advantage.
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity.
