Banking & Finance Lawyer (2-6 years)

Introduction :

We are currently supporting several leading international law firms and financial institutions in Luxembourg in the recruitment of Banking & Finance Lawyers with 2 to 6 years of experience.

These opportunities sit within dynamic teams advising banks, funds, and corporates on a wide range of financing transactions, from standard lending to complex cross-border structures.

Responsibilities :

Depending on the structure, you will be involved in a variety of banking and finance matters, including:

• Advising on acquisition finance, real estate finance, and corporate lending transactions
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements
• Supporting structured finance and securitisation transactions
• Assisting with refinancing and restructuring operations
• Liaising with banks, borrowers, and international stakeholders
• Participating in cross-border transactions and deal execution

Profile :

• Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction
• 2 to 6 years of experience in Banking & Finance
• Strong interest in financial transactions and deal structuring
• Solid drafting and analytical skills
• Fluent in English (French or German is an asset)
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work in a demanding environment
