Banking Lawyer (2-5 years) - English / French

We are currently supporting a leading legal environment in Luxembourg seeking a Banking Lawyer to join a well-structured and internationally oriented team. The role offers a balanced combination of regulatory, transactional, and advisory work, in a setting where quality of work and learning exposure are prioritized over excessive billing pressure.

Responsibilities :

• Advise on banking and financial law matters (financing, lending, regulatory compliance)
• Draft and negotiate financing and security documentation
• Support regulatory and structuring work on complex financial transactions
• Work closely with senior lawyers, counsels, and partners on high-value matters

Profile :

• 2 to 5 years of experience in banking / financial law
• Strong English and French
