Our client is an internationally recognized law firm with a strong global network and a well-established presence in Luxembourg. While benefiting from the resources, expertise, and client exposure of a large international organization, the Luxembourg office remains a mid-sized team, offering a more balanced and collaborative working environment.
Due to a significant increase in client mandates and sustained growth in transactional activity, the firm is currently looking to strengthen its Corporate department and is therefore open to considering Corporate Lawyers at different levels of seniority, from junior associates to more experienced profiles.
Your Role :
As part of the Corporate team, you will be involved in a wide range of matters related to corporate law and transactions, including:
Advising international and local clients on corporate law matters and company structuring
Assisting on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations
Drafting and reviewing corporate documentation, agreements, and legal opinions
Supporting clients with corporate governance and regulatory matters
Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex, cross-border transactions
Depending on your level of seniority, you will progressively take on more autonomy in managing files and interacting directly with clients.
Your Profile :
Qualified lawyer or in the process of qualification
Experience in Corporate Law and/or M&A gained in a law firm
Strong analytical and drafting skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional fluency in English (French and/or German would be considered an asset)
