Our client is a leading international wealth management firm specializing in life insurance solutions in Luxembourg. They are looking for a dedicated Corporate Compliance Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is central to their operations, providing critical administrative coordination, back-office support, and sales assistance in a high-end financial environment.
You will act as the operational backbone for senior partners, managing relationships with prestigious global private banks and asset managers across Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Belgium
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the full lifecycle of life insurance contracts, from client onboarding to ongoing policy servicing.
- Administrative Management: Maintain impeccable client files, ensuring precise data entry and structured filing systems.
- Meeting Coordination: Proactively prepare high-level documentation and files for partner-led client meetings.
- Compliance & Due Diligence: Perform rigorous file checks in collaboration with the Compliance department to ensure full adherence to CAA (Commissariat aux Assurances) regulations.
- Process Control: Enforce operational procedures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Transaction Monitoring: Provide structured updates on client requests, ensuring seamless communication between sales teams, external partners, and clients.
Profile & Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector, ideally in an administrative, back-office, or client servicing role.
- Languages: Fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory. A good command of English is required; any additional language (Swedish, Spanish, etc.) is a distinct advantage.
- Licensing: Willingness to obtain an Insurance Broker License with the CAA to operate professionally in Luxembourg.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, extreme attention to detail, and a professional mindset capable of building long-term relationships.
- Mindset: Ability to work independently within a collaborative team structure.
