Your responsibilities:

• Supervise audit procedures and processes.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee audit engagements from inception to completion.

• Lead and mentor a team of seniors and juniors, providing guidance and support.
• Review and evaluate the work of team members to ensure quality standards are met.

Internal Audit Manager - Your profile:

• Master's degree in Audit or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit or external audit (with a focus on banking/insurance industry).
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in team management.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships within the team and with clients.
