• Sourcing and structuring high-potential investment opportunities across the European axis (Germany, Luxembourg, Europe). This autonomy in sourcing allows you to shape your own strategic vision while relying on a structure capable of transforming an idea into an operational and profitable asset.
• Capital mobilization and activation of investor networks (Equity) in synergy with your private partners. By taking the lead on fundraising, you ensure the financial viability of your initiatives and solidify your role as a key player in the market.
• Defining governance and leadership for each new investment vehicle created. This responsibility gives you the advantage of designing team organizations and laying the cultural foundations for your future projects from the incubation phase.
• Strategic oversight of Luxembourg structures (HoldCo, PropCo, SOPARFI) to optimize asset performance. By delegating day-to-day administrative management, you maximize your impact on value creation and the final return for your partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Recognized expert in European Real Estate with a solid track record in asset acquisition, transformation, or "Value-add" management.
• "Deal-maker" and initiator profile, capable of mobilizing investors and bringing or generating a high-quality asset portfolio.
• Entrepreneurial mindset seeking to partner with a robust technical platform to break free from operational constraints and focus on boots-on-the-ground execution.
• Sensitivity to innovative concepts such as health-focused real estate, sports facilities, or ESG criteria applied to occupant well-being.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a major asset for fully exploiting the potential of the border region and the German market.
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams through transition phases or accelerated growth.
