Our client is a well-established small-sized fiduciary firm located in the bustling city-center of Luxembourg. Responsibilities:

• Manage VAT compliance for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
• Stay updated on changes in VAT regulations and ensure compliance with local laws and international standards.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on VAT matters, including registration, invoicing requirements, and cross-border transactions.
• Conduct VAT reviews and audits to identify potential risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in VAT compliance.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in VAT compliance, preferably within a fiduciary or financial services firm.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg VAT regulations and EU VAT directives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulations effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French, proficiency in German and Luxemburgish is advantageous.
