Senior Funds Lawyer - International Law Firm | Luxembourg

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg investment funds.
• Advise international asset managers, institutional investors and fund promoters.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex fund documentation.
• Advise on AIFMD and Luxembourg investment fund regulations.
• Handle fund launches, restructurings, amendments and other lifecycle matters.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with external advisers and service providers.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
• Contribute to the development of the Funds practice and client relationships.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Law.
• Luxembourg-qualified lawyer or equivalent qualification.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Luxembourg investment funds.
• Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures and regulations.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to manage client relationships independently.
