HR Reporting Support

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, monitor, and maintain reports and dashboard on HR metrics related to workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and other HR areas.
- Support the administrative HR Controlling tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy of the elements within SAP (e.g., cost centers).
- Assist with the reporting requests in the area of HR Controlling
- Review and map relevant HR Controlling processes.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- University degree in finance, economics or a related area is considered an advantage
- Experience (1-3 years) in a related position
- Interest in people analytics
- Ability to work autonomously and reliably
- Attention to detail and structure
- Excellent analytical and methodical skills
- Good communication skills
- Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., Macros, VBA) and strong IT skills
- Working knowledge of SAP or other HRIS would be considered an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English; any other language is considered an advantage
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Temporary position (24 months) based in Luxembourg.
- Flexibility with working hours according to the Collective Work Agreement.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- The internal title of the position would be “Sr. Agent HR Reporting”.
