Lead Grid Controller (m/f/n)

Your tasks
- You execute, maintain, and continuously improve the controlling-related system landscape incl. SAP structure , interfaces to connected systems and related reporting tools
- You coordinate transversal controlling activities across departments and Creos subsidiaries to ensure alignment and consistency throughout the organization
- You prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management and financial reports
- You lead the budgeting, forecasting, and business planning process by integrating scenario and variance analyses
- You analyse financial (P&L, balance sheet) and operational performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
- You coordinate accounting closings with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- You support the annual audit process and ensure proper documentation and data quality.
- You act as a trusted business partner for all departments and subsidiaries including cost monitoring (opex/capex), margin analysis, and performance tracking
- You develop and improve processes, tools, and best practices for controlling processes
- You mentor Controllers and colleagues by sharing your expertise and promote consistent controlling methodologies
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- You collaborate effectively with Finance, Accounting, and business teams across the organization
- You have strong analytical skills and deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines
- You are result-oriented and take ownership of your work
- You work with a high level of engagement and proactively drive continuous improvements in controlling processes
- You have professional working proficiency, both written and spoken, in French, English, and German. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
