Kafka Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Kafka Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Your missions:

• You design, configure, and deploy Kafka clusters to support high-volume, real-time data streams.
• You monitor Kafka infrastructure health, performance, and security, and implement necessary optimizations and enhancements.
• You take care of troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kafka cluster operation, data ingestion, and processing.
• You implement best practices for data governance, access control, and compliance within the Kafka ecosystem.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines.
• You stay up-to-date with Kafka developments and industry trends, and make recommendations for technology adoption and process improvements.

Your Profile:

• You hold a Master's degree and have at least 7 years of relevant experience as Kafka Engineer
• You can speak and write fluently in English
• You have proven experience working with Kafka in large-scale, production environments.
• You have a strong understanding of Kafka architecture, internals, and ecosystem components.
• You are proficient in Java programming languages for developing Kafka applications.
• You have experience in Confluent Cloud.
• You have good experience with Kafka administration, configuration, and tuning.
• You have good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• You are self-motivated and proactive with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
