Electrician

Electrician – Photovoltaic Installations, Batteries & Backup Systems

Ecoclima is looking for an electrician to join our photovoltaic installation and commissioning team in Luxembourg.

Main responsibilities:

• Electrical installation of photovoltaic systems
• Connection of PV inverters, battery systems and backup/critical-load systems
• AC and DC cabling, protections, electrical panels and distribution boards
• Installation and connection of smart meters, energy meters and monitoring equipment
• Testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and system start-up
• Service interventions and after-sales support
• Coordination with roof installation teams and other technicians on site
• Clean and professional work on residential and light commercial projects
• Communication with clients during interventions

Profile required:

• Practical experience as an electrician is strongly appreciated
• Experience with photovoltaic systems, inverters, batteries or backup systems is a strong advantage
• HVAC / heat pump / air-conditioning experience is also very valuable, especially for candidates who can work across different energy-related installations
• The more experienced and autonomous the candidate is, the better
• Motivated junior applicants are also welcome if they are serious, reliable, technically minded and willing to learn
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility on site
• Good understanding of electrical safety and careful working methods
• Professional attitude and ability to communicate clearly with clients
• Team spirit, reliability and precise work

Languages:

Hungarian, English or French is required.

Candidates speaking one of these languages will be considered. Additional languages such as German, Luxembourgish or any other relevant working language are an advantage.
