Experis is currently recruiting on behalf of one of its clients based in Luxembourg:
M365 System Administrator (m/f/x)
Your responsibilities:
- Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft-based system environments with a strong focus on M365
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD)
- Ensure identity, access management, and security policies are properly implemented and maintained
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes in line with ITIL processes
- Participate in M365 migrations, tenant configurations, and digital workplace projects
- Ensure compliance, data protection, backup, and governance best practices
- Automate administrative tasks and reporting using PowerShell and related tools
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures
- Collaborate with security, network, and support teams to ensure service availability and user satisfaction
- Continuously improve M365 services, performance, and user experience
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- You have solid experience in system administration with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 environments
- You have hands-on experience with Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft security features
- You are comfortable with PowerShell automation and administration tools
- You have a good understanding of identity management, security, and compliance concepts
- You are organized, autonomous, and service-oriented
- You are motivated by modern workplace technologies and continuous improvement
- You are fluent in English and in French (mandatory)
