We are looking for an Corporate & Fund Accounting Associate (M/F) on a permanent contract.

Your Responsibilities:

• Accounting for Luxembourg investment funds and corporate vehicles, including RAIFs, SCSp, SOPARFIs, GPs
• Bookkeeping, reconciliations and periodic/year-end closings
• Preparation of Lux GAAP financial statements
• Preparation and/or review of NAV calculations
• Accounting for investments, capital calls, distributions and other fund/corporate transactions
• Valuation controls and investment reconciliations
• Coordination of audit processes and financial reporting
• Liaising with clients, AIFMs, depositaries, auditors and other service providers
• Supporting the onboarding of new funds and structures
• Support VAT and tax compliance in coordination with the teams and advisers
• Reviewing team members’ work and taking ownership of client relationships

Your qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the Fund industry, including audit firms or similar roles
• Experience in NAV calculations and NAV production
• Familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Proactive and initiative-driven
• Organized and methodical approach
• Effective task prioritization and workload management
