We are looking for a proactive Incident Management Specialist to strengthen our IT resilience and support the continuous stability of our digital ecosystem. The role combines strategic incident handling, operational oversight, and close collaboration with technical and business teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Incident Management
- Shape and refine incident response practices and procedures.
- Review and optimize response plans to keep pace with technological and industry evolution.
- Analyze incident trends and drive long-term improvements aligned with global standards.
Cross‑Team Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge across IT, security, and business units during critical events.
- Coordinate teams to ensure smooth processes and effective collective problem-solving.
- Promote collaborative ways of working to enhance overall incident readiness.
Prevention, Training & Continuity
- Detect weaknesses in the IT environment and recommend preventive actions.
- Deliver training initiatives to reinforce incident response skills.
- Run simulation exercises to validate preparedness and support continuity efforts.
Compliance & Governance
- Keep up with evolving regulatory requirements affecting incident management.
- Ensure internal processes meet or exceed compliance expectations.
- Support alignment of major improvements with global governance directives.
Daily Incident Handling
- Triage, prioritize, and follow up on incidents based on impact.
- Provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Use daily data insights to guide incremental improvements.
Required Experience & Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
- 3 years minimum of experience in a related IT or financial services role.
- Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
- Solid organizational skills and comfort handling multiple priorities.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and SharePoint; exposure to JIRA or Service Management tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Excellent English; French or German is an advantage.
