Investment Funds Lawyer - German speaking

We are a leading global recruitment agency, currently assisting our client, a distinguished law firm in Luxembourg, in expanding their Investment Funds team. We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with 4-6 years of experience, fluent in German, and specializing in Investment Funds or Corporate Law with a keen interest in Funds.

Your Responsibilities:

• Advise a diverse clientele on fund structuring, both regulated and unregulated, as well as related investment structuring.
• Work on various structures, including Real Estate, ESG, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Debt, and listed funds.
• Manage matters involving client meetings, conference calls, and the drafting of necessary legal and regulatory documentation.
• Report to two Partners overseeing the department and provide guidance to Associates.
• Train and mentor junior associates, assigning and overseeing their work, and effectively organizing teamwork.

Your Profile:

• University degree in law.
• 4-6 years of experience in a Luxembourg law firm.
• Native/bilingual in German, fluent in spoken and written English (French considered a strong asset).
• Confident, professional, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, coupled with excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to suggesting improvements.
