Our client is a pioneer RE asset management company with 6FTE's in total with the plan to double its team this year thanks to the launch of a second fund (+300mio€)

Client Details

Our client works with great Retail, FMCG, healthcare & public stakeholders.

The Tax Manager will be responsible for the good standing across all aspects of taxes of the Fund, the Luxembourg holding companies and European Real Estate portfolio companies and other fund investments.

More than a colleague, the company is looking for a "fun" person to work with and to fit with the company culture.

Remarks: where we see a trend on the market to slow down RE investment, this firm is specializing in a such niche type of RE investment with great potential of growth due to the reduction of banking loans (market scarcity, lack of trust in classical investment solutions)
