Legal Assistant (Internship) – Corporate

To be based in our Luxembourg office, we are looking for a post-graduate law student to undertake a three to six month remunerated internship to support our Luxembourg corporate team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting senior fee-earners in advising international clients on diversified legal matters in the domain of corporate and business law
• Being involved in a wide variety of transactional operations such as the set up of Luxembourg structures, merger and acquisitions, migrations, joint ventures and corporate financings etc.
• Conducting legal research, drawing up and reviewing legal documents and, more generally, participating to legal and transactional work relating to the implementation of the above matters

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

If you are looking for an internship opportunity for up to 6 months to complete your studies or law qualifications this could be a great position for you.

We are looking for individuals who have:

• A master’s degree in law, preferably in Luxembourg, France or Belgium
• An excellent command in English (both written and spoken) and ideally French
