Public Relations Specialist

We are looking for a flexible, reliable, and experienced Public Relations Specialist to support the Communication team in our International Headquarter, Luxembourg.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the first contact person for all media queries
• Writing press releases and answer media enquiries confidently
• Develop and execute global PR strategies and campaigns and manage relationship with media companies in Luxembourg.
• Participate in press and public relation campaigns and events in Luxembourg and other countries we operate in.
• Identify, pursue, and secure promising media opportunities and manage media lists and contact databases.
• Actively involved in valuating and establishing an international public relations strategy and plan
• Engage with marketing department to ensure that PR campaigns align with strategic goals, growth plans, and new-business opportunities.
• Help establish strategies for damage containment in crisis situations.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Media and Social Management or comparable education in an agency focused on social media and at least 2 years of work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Good judgment as to what works to drive audience and engagement in digital media.
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills in English (German and any other languages are an advantage)
• You are familiar with using social media management and analytics tools including Meta Business Suite.
• You are familiar with running ads on social media via Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in social media management within the field of direct selling, health, fitness and/or beauty is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• You are a team player, proactive and reliable.
• You thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• You are authorized to work in Luxembourg.
