          Life Policy Administrator (M/F)- Temp. contract until Dec. 2024

 

Your role

The Life Policy Administrator is responsible for administration support to outsourced life insurance business.

This principally involves supporting day-to-day business operations by facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. This role involves managing the day-to-day administration of group and individual pension policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing excellent customer service to clients, advisers, and providers. This role affords the opportunity to be an integral part of a team that is dedicated to providing excellent service, innovation, and client satisfaction. This is a role for a dynamic team player, who is energetic, career-driven and passionate to succeed, with excellent organisational, and reporting skills and the proven ability to deliver across multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities include to bring a constructive critical view on the way the service to clients is provided in a controlled environment. 

 

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

·         Understanding the whole client pension administration process.

·         Manage the day-to-day administration of clients, both individual and group pension policies.

·         Process new business applications from new affiliates of group pension plans, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with local regulation.

·         Ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role including correspondence, telephone inquiries, system updates, process and procedure implementation.

·         Act as the main point of contact for clients for any queries related to all pension policies.

·         Collecting, recording and safe storage of all required information/documents.

·         Maintain up-to-date records on our internal systems and ensure data protection standards are upheld.

·         Supporting and monitoring ongoing transactions until completion if necessary.

·         Complying with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations.

·         Providing support to compliant resolution, swiftly and accurately to support customer satisfaction and adhere to our service standards.

·         Acting as a point of contact for any query in regard to life policy administration improvement processes.

·         Adhering to all service and reporting standards and timelines agreed for our business.

·         Taking ownership for assigned or designated internal projects or initiatives related to life policy administration.

·         Support as needed on the design and implementation of operational driven project and workstream plans, tracking progress against benchmark. This may require requires engagement with relevant stakeholders across all levels.

 

Your profile 

·         University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or any other relevant field and/or relevant experience in Client Services/ Policy Administration in the insurance sector

·         Preferred 2+ years’ experience in the finance industry or specifically the insurance industry.

·         Strong team player with excellent organisational and analytical skills.

·         Be able to clearly and comprehensively outline complex issues both verbally and in writing.

·         Multi-task efficiently between routine tasks and urgent queries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all your duties.

·         Strong prioritisation skills, flexible, reliable and responsible in challenging situations.

·         Detail-oriented.

·         Decisive and capable of working independently.

·         Strong client service focus, solutions oriented and capable of ensuring a high service level to clients.

·         Ability to work in a regulated environment and to respect the external and internal guidelines.

·         Ability to maintain performance and positive relationships in stressful/challenging situations.

·         Agility and pragmatism in a complex and changing environment,

·         Excellent command of MS Office.

·         Excellent written and oral communication both in English and French.

·         Eager to learn and share knowledge.

·         Experience with changing working environments and company cultures is an advantage.
