Project Manager (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end projects of various sizes (from small initiatives to large-scale digital or media projects)
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, and quality, with governance adapted to project criticality
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix and multi-site environment
• Plan and monitor resources in collaboration with technical and managerial teams
• Act as the key interface between technical, sales, administrative teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and acceptance phases
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and priorities
• Handle multiple projects in parallel
• Contribute to portfolio steering and PMO activities (reporting, prioritization)
• Support the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

Your Profile

• Experience in technical, digital, media, or IT project management
• Ability to manage projects of varying sizes, including short-cycle initiatives
• Practical knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Interest in portfolio management and PMO practices
• Strong communication and reporting skills across technical and business stakeholders
• Structured, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA or equivalent)
• Interest in media, broadcast, or digital platforms
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in French; German is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
