Your Role...

As Facility Team member, you will help the staff regarding issues they might encounter through a series of actions, either face-to-face, over the phone, via email or using the corporate ticketing system.

• Distributing and administrating office supplies / IT equipment / furniture / etc.
• Contact external providers, firms for following up on onsite activities
• Assist in moving people from one office/desk to another
• Building tour/ maintenance (Coffee machine, meeting room, multimedia etc.)
• Creating and following on the small purchasing orders

Your Profile...

• Higher vocational certificate or diploma or equivalent by experience
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable in a multicultural environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem solving attitude and service oriented
• Ability to use other IT tools (MS Office, ticketing system)
• Fluency in English and French, any other language would be considered as an asset
