Your mission:
You will:
- Partner with managers to ensure programs are in place to drive employee engagement and retention
- Oversee performance management, career and succession planning, employees mentoring and coaching.
- Interpret and provide reports on workforce analytics to develop solutions that address gaps and suggest actions in order to increase effectiveness
- Bring your expertise in the development and organisation of training programmes
- Collaborate with managers to set successful strategic recruitment cycles
- Ensure that all onboarding and staff management processes are being followed
- Contribute to the optimisation of the HR processes
Your profile:

- proven successful operational and strategic HR work experience in Luxembourg
- Full understanding of HR best practices
- highly developed analytical skills and are goal oriented
- a hands-on mind set and curiosity
- a solution finder attitude together with a will to bring creative and positive change
- emotional intelligence and empathic skills
- fluent written and spoken English and French, German is an asset
