Your mission:
As an In-house Legal Advisor (m/f), you will:
- Support our lines of services on a variety of legal issues (eg.: business law, civil law, labor law);
- Draft, review and negotiate various contracts;
- Draft various internal notes and recommendations on complex legal issues;
- Analyse factual situation, spot legal issues and identify possible solutions;
- Conduct various legal researches and draft analysis with a hands-on and solution oriented approach.
Your profile:
- You hold a Master in Law delivered by a Luxembourg, Belgian or French university;
- You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment;
- OR you are looking for a first legal experience;
- You demonstrate experience with commercial agreements (experience with IP/IT agreements in an asset);
- You have strong technical and writing skills;
- You are fluent in both French and English;
- You have the ability to spot potential legal issues in a factual situation and to identify possible solutions to mitigate risks;
- You have unquestionable ethics and integrity;
- You are a strong team player, with an ability to work independently.
