Your duties
Our Human Resources department is looking for an HR Assistant who is motivated to join a fast-moving, inspiring and innovative company.
As an HR Assistant (m/f), you will:
- Organise job interviews for the firm and act as the first point of contact for candidates (sending invitations and responding to queries);
- Welcome candidates and manage recruitment rooms and recruiters’ schedules;
- Input candidate information and CVs into our application-management system;
- Make sure that our job vacancies are duly published on careers websites and inform the ADEM (National Employment Agency) of new vacancies;
- Provide the team with administrative and logistical support for promotional initiatives in schools and universities in the Greater Region (forums, presentations, recruitment events, etc.) and for various internal projects.
Your profile
- You have a first experience in an administrative role and you are interested in the field of human resources;
- An excellent command of French and English – both spoken and written – is essential;
- You are a strong team player and you have excellent interpersonal skills;
- You are fully prepared to be the employer’s first point of contact and to convey a positive image;
- You can juggle several tasks at once, prioritise, and stick to deadlines.
