Regulatory Services Consulting - Risk Consultant (m/f)

In this role you will be able to assist our team of experts and advisors in the realisation of assignments for PwC clients, related to the financial sector with a specific focus on Risk Management for the Banking industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare material to assist the business development of the team such as service presentation or external training;
• Support our client in the identification, documentation and resolution of issues related to Risk Management within the Banking industry;
• Being part of a project team to provide support in fields such as organisation, project management, operational tasks, process implementation or data analytics;
• Develop a strong expertise on the regulatory framework related to the Banking industry;
• Assist our clients with the implementation of sound risk management frameworks within their organisation and address the new challenges to be faced by the Banking industry;
• Assist our clients in the production of different risk reports (internal or regulatory risk reporting).

Your profile

• You are looking for a first professional experience;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office) are required for this role;
• You ideally already have some knowledge on the banking regulations like Basel III/CRD IV, IFRS 9, recovery planning or ICAAP/ILAAP;
• A good knowledge of accounting rules (IFRS and/or Luxgaap) will make a great addition;
• A good knowledge in programming languages such as VBA, SQL, Python and/or R is considered as an asset;
• You are keen to work on projects of various sizes involving various clients;
• Your strong analytical skills allow you to quickly understand a problem, to identify possible solutions and key success factors;
• Good team player, you are capable of working independently or in a team on multiple tasks;
• Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English is mandatory. French or German are an asset.
