Your mission

Nowadays finding the right talent for the right place is a big topic. As economies begin to reopen, recruiters need to actively work to bring in high-quality talents with a greater diversity of skills, backgrounds, employment models and work preferences. New pressures are mounting, while none of the existing pressures (e.g. digital business transformation, use of analytics, focus on cost optimization, ...) are declining. As business needs are evolving, it is more important than ever to work closely with the business in order to understand those needs to provide them with outstanding candidate quality. 

In this context, we are looking to hire a Junior Recruiter for our Human Capital team based in Luxembourg to play a crucial part in recruiting the future PwC experts. 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist,

  • You will not only be the key contact person for recruitment matters to your business, but also listen actively to source insights from daily interactions and use them to build strong partnerships in order to define their junior/interns recruitment needs and to position yourself as a business advisor;
  • You will quickly build a in-depth knowledge of the business in order to understand the business context, to understand their needs and align your recruiting approach accordingly; 
  • You will manage the full recruitment life cycle for Junior/Trainee profiles - from advertisements publication to the onboarding of chosen candidates; 
  • You will conduct HR interviews and advice the business accordingly when it comes to the decision-making process based on the whole feedback gathered;
  • You will present job offers to candidates and play a key role in the negotiation part;
  • You will keep in touch with your candidates and answer their questions during the entire recruitment process;
  • You will participate in different recruitment events (recruitment days, job fairs, etc.) and promote our services;
  • You will carry-out in-house trainings of our operational staff willing to be involved in our recruitment activities;
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes (e.g. selection of new tools, market trends watch, etc.). 

 

Your profile

  • You just graduated from a Master’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field;
  • You are looking for/ you have a first experience in the recruitment field;
  • You can keep business driver insights up-to-date, apply business acumen in your day-to-day work and understand business drivers; 
  • Your mindset brings you to ‘ own the business’ and not ‘ serve the business’;
  • You communicate easily with management at all levels;
  • You have good written, communication and presentation skills;
  • You are IT literate and able to use social networks or other appropriate channels in proactive recruitment;
  • You are able to professionally handle sensitive and confidential information;
  • You possess excellent written and oral skills in English & French. German is considered as an asset;
