You’ll focus on engaging the most qualified candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.

Your mission

As a talent researcher in our internal recruitment team, you will support our recruiters in finding the best candidates. Your tasks can be summarised as follows:

• Collaborating with the recruiters to develop and put in place sourcing strategies through a variety of channels;
• Identifying potential candidates through the use of internal candidate database, social networking, candidate referrals and other sourcing methods;
• Screening and assessing candidates competencies;
• Scheduling and conducting brief telephone interviews to assess candidate’s suitability and motivation;
• Building talent pipelines for future hiring of critical profiles;
• Developing new and innovative approaches and tools to candidate identification and attraction so as to meet the growing need for passive candidate generation;
• Following-up sourcing targets and preparing various reporting;
• Participating to recruitment projects and events.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
• You have strong experience in sourcing;
• You are curious, dynamic, motivated, proactive and used to work autonomously;
• You have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written;
• You are able to prioritize tasks and to manage time efficiently in a changing work environment;
• You hold a strong business acumen to be able to understand business needs and structure;
• You are IT literate and able to use social networks in a professional environment;
• You possess excellent written and oral skills in English and French. German is an asset.
